The planning section offers a complete range of services relating to developments and approval of regional impact to site plans, rezoning, platting, right-of-way abandonments, variances and landscaping and irrigation design.  The planning functions include general project management and liaison services between the firm, clients and applicable agencies.  Services have also included public presentation as well as administration of governmental projects.
