Since 1982, the firm of
Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc. and its principals have been providing Professional
Civil Engineering, Planning, Land Surveying and Landscape Architectural services
for many prestigious developments and governmental agencies throughout Florida for a total of
70 combined years of experience.
The principals take an active role in projects to insure that the projects meet
our own high technical and quality standards, while remaining within the
framework of the Client's budgetary and scheduling needs.
Project experience ranges from
ocean front residences to Developments of Regional Impact. Scope of projects
included new construction and redevelopment projects, retail center
revitalization and modifications, municipal centers and parks, and prestigious
residential projects including docks and marina plans and permitting.
The office is located north of
Palmetto Park Road and west of Powerline Road in the Boca Raton area. This
location allows easy access to I-95, the Florida Turnpike, and the Sawgrass
Expressway making travel to and from the office very convenient for clients,
employees and other consultants.
